The SA Series is Chenlift’s range of spring-powered level loaders — no-power pallet positioners that automatically raise the platform as items are removed from the top, maintaining a constant ergonomic working height throughout the entire pick or load cycle. Available in three models — SA500 (500 kg), SA1000 (1000 kg), and SA2000 (2000 kg) — all sharing the same R1110 mm circular platform, 915×934 mm base frame, 240 mm lowered height, and 705 mm raised height. Heavy-duty springs with dampener and integrated turntable ring allow smooth 360° rotation with no power supply required, no lagging, and no maintenance of electrical components. Fork pockets on the extra wide base allow repositioning by forklift. Optional configurations include solid top, skirting, airbag, rotation brake, stainless steel finish, phenolic frame cover, and leveling feet. CE certified and suited for warehouse pallet picking, production line feeding, and ergonomic material handling applications.
