What information should I include in my enquiry?
For the fastest, most accurate quotation, tell us: (1) working height needed, (2) platform load capacity, (3) power type (AC / DC battery / oil-free electric / diesel), (4) certification requirements (CE, ANSI, etc.), (5) destination port, (6) quantity. Not sure about specs? Just describe your application — we’ll recommend models.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. We accept orders from 1 unit for standard models. Sample orders are welcome — shipping and pricing confirmed per enquiry.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely. Our Suzhou factory is 25 minutes by car from Shanghai (SHA/PVG airports). Please schedule your visit at least 5 business days in advance. We’ll arrange airport pickup, factory tour and technical meetings. Contact us with your visit dates.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 80+ countries. Incoterms: EXW / FOB Shanghai / CIF / DDP available. Our logistics team coordinates with your forwarder or arranges shipping directly. Full export documents included (CO, FORM E, CE, Packing List).
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Other terms negotiable for long-term partners. Western Union / PayPal accepted for sample/small orders.
