HA12JRTG — Articulating Boom Rail-Mounted AWP
The HA12JRTG travels on rail via a customised steel-wheel set driven by the vehicle’s original diesel power system, with 360° non-continuous turntable rotation for broad work coverage from a fixed position on the track. The rail guidance system supports stable positioning for overhead work in tunnel environments.
With a 140° jib swing angle and 1.5m jib extension, the HA12JRTG can reach up and over tunnel infrastructure and overhead support structures with a 6.56m up-and-over clearance. Anti-tipping control, emergency stop and hydraulic platform levelling support safer operation when the boom position changes.
CLP10TG — Crawler Rail-Mounted AWP
The CLP10TG uses a crawler-type chassis for adaptability across complex railway site surfaces — ballast, trackbed, depot concrete, and station floor — with the ability to switch to steel-wheel travel mode when operating on rails, reducing equipment transition time between on-track and off-track positions.
At 1.2m stowed width and 2.2m stowed height, the CLP10TG is designed for restricted tunnel access routes where dimensions must be confirmed against project drawings. The 48V/240Ah all-electric system provides zero exhaust emissions for enclosed tunnel and station environments. The turntable provides 345° non-continuous rotation to reduce equipment relocation during overhead tasks.
MC400TG — Crawler Rail-Mounted Hoisting Transport Vehicle
The MC400TG is a multi-functional tracked transport vehicle integrating railway emergency rescue and hoisting transportation. The 6.5t tracked chassis adapts to various complex site ground conditions. The upper structure is a detachable high-strength platform of 2.2m × 1.2m, carrying a 3-section boom crane with 3t maximum hoisting capacity at a 4m horizontal working range.
Primary power is electric for low-noise, zero-exhaust depot and tunnel operation, with a 3.6kW RD178 diesel engine as emergency backup for power-failure scenarios. The dual-mode crawler and steel-wheel system enables off-track travel and on-rail positioning. With a 1.2m stowed width and 1.93m stowed height, project route dimensions should be confirmed before deployment.
MX MINI Metro Variant — Mini Self-Propelled Scissor Lift
This rail-specific MX MINI configuration is designed for narrow tunnel and depot tasks where operators need to work directly beside the carriage body rather than only above it. Unlike the standard MX MINI layout, the top platform can expand laterally, creating side standing space for train-door systems, side panels, cabling and tunnel-side fittings.
Built on the MX300S / MX390S / MX450S narrow electric scissor lift platform, the machine keeps a 0.76m overall width, battery-powered indoor operation and drivable-at-full-height control. Working heights from 5.0m to 6.5m cover common carriage-side service points while keeping the machine compact enough for constrained tunnel access routes.

How does the MC400TG switch between crawler and steel-wheel mode?
The MC400TG’s dual-mode system allows switching between crawler travel for off-track surfaces and steel-wheel rail travel for on-track operation. This transition reduces equipment transfer time between worksite access and on-track positioning. What is the MC400TG emergency diesel backup for?
The 3.6kW RD178 diesel engine is an emergency power system only — it is not the primary drive. Primary operation is electric via the 48V/240Ah battery system. The diesel backup helps the machine move or operate the crane if the battery system is depleted or fails during a remote or tunnel worksite, reducing the risk of the machine being stranded on track.
Can these rail platforms be supplied with inspection lighting equipment?
