Common spare parts for all current and recent-legacy models are kept in stock at the Suzhou factory. Confirmed orders are dispatched within 7 days worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS express, with tracking provided.

12-Month Machine Warranty
Standard 12-month warranty covers structural, hydraulic, electrical, and drive systems from date of shipment. Defective parts replaced free of charge and dispatched within 7 days. Extended 24-month warranty available on request.

Full Documentation Package
Every Chenlift shipment includes an operator manual, maintenance guide, wiring diagram, spare-parts list with part numbers, CE Declaration of Conformity, and QC inspection report — in English as standard, other languages on request.

Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek or your own nominated inspector is fully supported. Arrange at order placement so the production schedule accommodates the inspection date.
