Solutions — Warehousing & Logistics
Every Pick.
Every Aisle.
Every Shift.
Modern distribution centres run 24 hours across aisles as narrow as 760 mm with racks rising 9 m or higher. The right lift platform determines whether your team can pick, restock, and maintain safely at every bay — without oil contamination, without downtime.
The Warehouse Challenge
Why Standard Lift Equipment
Falls Short in the Warehouse
Distribution centres have unique constraints — narrow aisles, contamination-sensitive goods, and high-cycle picking operations that standard aerial work platforms were not designed for.

Where the Warehouse Fleet Works
Inside Your Facility
MG Series — Self-propelled Vertical Mast Lift
For racking systems from 6 m to 9 m, the MG Series self-propelled vertical mast lift provides single-operator access without requiring a ground supervisor. Hydraulic steering wheels and a compact body (790–1000 mm width) allow the machine to navigate between rack uprights, and the proportional control system allows precise platform positioning at any height for inventory access, beam adjustment, and rack maintenance tasks.
The fully electric, oil-free drive eliminates any hydraulic contamination risk — the MG Series is the right choice for food-grade, pharmaceutical, electronics, and any other clean-environment warehouse where a hydraulic leak would have product safety or regulatory consequences. Full-height driving capability means the operator can reposition along the aisle without descending the platform.
MOP Series & FSEP Series — Electric Order Pickers
The MOP Series is a fully electric order picker that lifts both personnel and goods simultaneously, enabling the operator to pick from medium-height shelves (up to 6m working height on MOP400) without leaving the platform. Dual-wheel drive and dual-wheel steering provide manoeuvring precision in tight aisle configurations typical of e-commerce fulfilment and 3PL facilities. Self-locking doors, emergency descent, and charging protection are standard.
For lower-level, high-volume picking where load capacity matters more than working height, the FSEP Series self-propelled order picker offers zero turning radius and 300 kg platform capacity — highest in its class. The compact 760 mm body width fits through narrow warehouse aisles, and proportional control with tilt sensor alarm keeps operations safe across uneven surfaces.
SEP Series — Manual Push Aerial Order Picker
The SEP Series manual push aerial order picker is designed for small warehouses, low-flow picking scenarios, and shelf organisation tasks that do not require powered drive. No complex operator training is needed — the platform is operated via dual control from both the platform and ground level, with emergency stop and auxiliary lowering standard.
At 200 kg platform load across all models and a 990×640mm platform size, the SEP Series supports multi-person collaborative access up to 4.5 m platform height. Forklift slots in the base allow easy repositioning and compact storage between shifts — an important advantage in small facilities where floor space is at a premium.
& Dock-to-Racking Flow
MX mini Series + DCQ / DCQY Dock Leveler
The MX mini Series (MX300S / MX390S / MX450S) is CE-certified and engineered for ultra-narrow warehouse aisles at 760 mm overall width. An asynchronous AC motor drive delivers stable, low-energy power for sustained shift operation, and the extendable platform (0.55m extension, 100kg extension capacity) allows the operator to reach beyond the machine footprint in confined positions. A turning radius of just 0.35m enables repositioning in spaces where standard scissor lifts cannot turn.
At the loading dock, the DCQ / DCQY Series hydraulic dock levelers bridge the height gap between truck beds (typically 1100–1500mm above ground) and the warehouse floor, with a hydraulic lip that automatically adjusts to the truck bed height. Custom platform sizes and height ranges are available to match specific dock configurations, with capacities from 6t to 15t for both light and heavy-load operations.

“We deployed 12 Chenlift MG Series oil-free mast lifts across two distribution centres near Rotterdam. CE documentation and the absence of hydraulic oil were the decisive criteria — our facilities operate under strict food-contact environmental compliance. The machines have been running 24/7 for over 18 months without a single hydraulic issue. The FSEP order pickers were added six months in for the picking operations and the zero-turn radius in our 900mm aisles has been a significant efficiency gain.”
“The MX mini MX390S is CE-certified which was a non-negotiable requirement for our German retail locations. At 760mm wide with foldable guardrails it fits through our standard stockroom doorways, and the extendable platform lets our team reach the second shelf level without repositioning. We’ve rolled out across 40 stores and the maintenance has been straightforward.”
FAQ
Warehouse Fleet Questions
Common questions from DC managers and logistics operators. Our team responds within 24 hours.
Ask Our Team →Which series is right for a food-grade or pharmaceutical warehouse?
The MG Series is the primary recommendation for food-grade, pharmaceutical, and electronics warehouses. Its fully oil-free electric drive means there is no hydraulic fluid in the machine — no hydraulic oil to leak, no contamination risk, and no decontamination liability. The MG900-2S covers access up to 9m working height in these environments.
What is the difference between MOP Series and FSEP Series order pickers?
The MOP Series lifts both personnel and goods simultaneously — the operator rides the platform with goods shelves above and below, making it suited for medium-height picking to 6m where the operator needs to travel vertically with goods in hand. The FSEP Series is a lower-level picker (up to 4.5m platform height) focused on high-volume lateral movement through aisles — its 300kg platform load and zero turning radius make it more efficient for dense batch-picking operations.
Is the MX mini CE certified for the European market?
Yes. The MX mini Series (MX300S, MX390S, MX450S) holds CE certification under the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This makes it directly importable and deployable in EU member states without additional conformity processes. Full CE documentation is provided with each unit. The MX mini is the only CE-certified model in the warehouse scissor lift range.
What aisle width does the FSEP Series require?
The FSEP Series has a 760mm machine body width, which fits through aisles and doorways of 800mm or wider. The zero turning radius means the machine can change direction without requiring a turning arc, which is particularly useful at the end of narrow aisles where a standard turning radius would require the operator to back out. Contact us with your specific aisle dimensions for a suitability assessment.
Can dock leveler capacity and platform size be customised?
Yes. The DCQ and DCQY Series dock levelers are available in custom platform widths and height adjustment ranges beyond the standard configurations. The standard range covers 1800×2000mm to 2000×2500mm platforms with ±300–400mm height adjustment and 6–15t capacity. For specific dock configurations, provide your truck type, floor level, and bay dimensions at enquiry stage and we will specify the correct model.
Is third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) available?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, and other internationally recognised bodies is supported for all warehouse fleet products. Arrange at order placement — we coordinate inspection scheduling and provide full factory access at our Suzhou facility.
