Yes. CE-certified manufacturer and IPAF member. Compliant with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. CE docs available per model on request.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard orders ship within 30 days of confirmation and deposit. Custom/large-volume orders 45–60 days. Confirmed in the quotation.
Can Chenlift manufacture OEM / custom products?
Yes. Full OEM: platform dimensions, power (AC/DC/oil-free electric), colours, branding. Engineering drawings and samples before production.
Scissor lift vs mast lift — what's the difference?
Scissor lifts: larger platform, higher load (300–2000kg), up to 20m. Mast lifts: much more compact, ideal for narrow indoor spaces, lighter loads (up to 230kg).
Is third-party inspection (SGS, BV) supported?
Yes. We support pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV and others. Arrange at order placement.
