OEM & Custom Manufacturing
Your Spec.
Our Factory.
One Partner.
Chenlift manufactures fully customised aerial work platforms and lifting equipment for distributors, rental fleets, and industrial end-users worldwide — from single-unit prototypes to high-volume OEM programmes with private-label CE documentation.
How It Works
From Brief to
Delivered Platform — 5 Steps
Share your specs — dimensions, load, power type, colour, branding, target market. We reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including CE documentation scope and any regional compliance requirements.
Our R&D team produces full 2D technical drawings and 3D models for your review and approval. No material is cut until you have signed off the design. Structural changes are assessed by FEA before proceeding.
A pre-production sample is built to the approved drawing pack and made available for your inspection — either in person at our Suzhou factory or via independent third-party inspector (SGS, BV, TÜV).
Full production begins only after sample approval. Every unit receives 100% pre-shipment inspection — structural, functional, electrical, hydraulic, and load test — documented in a serialised QC report.
Export packed from Shanghai Port with full documentation: packing list, BL, certificate of origin, CE DoC, operator manual in your branding, spare-parts list, QC report. All Incoterms available.

Why Chenlift for OEM
20+ Years of
Manufacturing Behind
Every Order
We are not an intermediary. 90% of all components in every Chenlift product are manufactured in our own 15,000 m² Suzhou factory. When you place an OEM order with us, you are working with the engineers who designed the product and the technicians who build it.
R&D, mechanical design, hydraulic circuit, electrical systems — all in-house. No outsourced design.
We build and test a pre-production sample before mass production begins. You approve; then we produce.
We maintain technical construction files for all OEM variants. CE DoC can be issued in your company name.
OEM agreements include NDA, defined sales territory, pricing tiers and minimum volume commitments.
