The Chenlift MOP400 is the higher-reaching model in the MOP Series full-electric order picker range, delivering 6 m maximum working height and 4 m maximum platform height — the tallest model in the series — with 136 kg person capacity and separate mesh shelf dimensions of 0.745×0.56 m for goods storage during picking operations (90 kg up / 110 kg down). Built on a compact 1.475×0.75 m stowed footprint with 1.715 m stowed height, the MOP400 drives at 4 km/h stowed and 0.5 km/h raised, with a maximum permissible tilt of 1.5°/2° and 0.012 m ground clearance. Powered by a 2×12V/100Ah battery with a 24V 0.8 kW lifting motor, Φ305×100 mm drive wheels, and Φ200×50 mm casters, at 850 kg total weight. The electric picking tray with front guard rails, self-locking gates, saloon-door style entry, emergency descent system, flashing beacon, and charging protection system are all standard — suited for picking operations at mid-to-high warehouse racking where a 4 m platform height is required.
