All Available for Fleet OEM
“We have been buying from Chenlift for 3 years across three fleet cycles — over 60 units total. The OEM branding programme put our livery on every machine, CE documentation covers our customer base without additional cost, and the spare-parts turnaround is fast enough to keep downtime near zero. When we had a controller issue on one machine 18 months in, Chenlift diagnosed it by video call and sent the replacement module the next day.”

Questions
Common questions from rental operators, distributors, and private-label fleet buyers.
Discuss Your Fleet →What is the minimum order quantity for fleet pricing?
Volume pricing is available from 5 units per order. Tiered pricing applies at higher volumes — the specific thresholds and discount levels are negotiated based on the product mix, order frequency, and total annual volume commitment. Contact the Chenlift fleet team to receive a tiered pricing schedule for your fleet profile. Repeat orders placed within an agreed period qualify for the same tier pricing as the initial fleet order.
Can the CE Declaration of Conformity be issued in my company name?
Yes. For OEM fleet orders, Chenlift can issue the CE Declaration of Conformity naming your company as the EU Authorised Representative or Importer — depending on your preferred compliance structure. This means your branded machines carry CE documentation under your company identity rather than Chenlift’s, which is the standard requirement for private-label rental operators serving European end-users. Technical files are provided to support this process.
How does territory protection work?
Territory protection is available under a non-disclosure and exclusivity agreement for fleet operators who commit to a defined minimum annual volume. The agreement specifies a defined sales territory (typically country or region), a pricing tier that Chenlift will not undercut in that territory with other buyers, and a minimum annual purchase commitment that activates the protection. Terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis — contact the fleet team to discuss your market and volume profile.
What OEM customisation options are available beyond branding?
Beyond logo, RAL colour, and branded documentation, OEM customisation options include: non-standard platform dimensions or capacity variants; ESD-safe tyre and platform configurations for electronics rental customers; stainless-steel platform decks for food-grade customers; custom electrical specifications (voltage, charger type) for specific market infrastructure; and telematics pre-interface integration. Custom configurations are discussed at order stage — provide your specification requirements and the fleet team will confirm feasibility and pricing.
How are spare parts ordered and dispatched after the fleet is delivered?
A spare parts catalogue covering your specific fleet models is supplied with every fleet order. Parts are ordered directly from Chenlift’s Suzhou factory by email or WhatsApp — the fleet account manager handles parts enquiries with a 24-hour response target. In-stock parts are dispatched within 7 days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS express freight. For urgent breakdown situations, a 24-hour technical support SLA is in place — the Chenlift engineering team can diagnose the fault remotely via video call and confirm the exact part required before ordering.
Is SABER or other market-specific certification available for fleet orders?
Yes. SABER certification for Saudi Arabia (PCoC + SCoC), ECAS, and SGS/Bureau Veritas/TÜV third-party pre-shipment inspection are all available on request for fleet orders. For Saudi-bound fleets, Chenlift coordinates the PCoC application process and provides the required technical documentation for each model. Third-party inspection is arranged at the Suzhou factory — inspection scheduling is coordinated at the time of order placement. Additional certification types available — confirm your destination market’s requirements with the fleet team.
