The Chenlift SA Series Level Loader is a spring-powered pallet positioner designed to eliminate the ergonomic strain of bending and reaching during pallet picking, palletizing, and production line feeding operations. As items are removed from the top of the stack, the heavy-duty springs automatically raise the platform to maintain a consistent working height — no operator adjustment required, and no power supply needed at any point. With 360° rotation on an integrated turntable ring, extra wide base with fork pockets for forklift positioning, and a dampener for controlled spring response, the SA Series delivers a passive ergonomic solution with minimal maintenance requirements and no electrical infrastructure. Three standard models are available to match the load requirement: SA500 at 500 kg (115 kg unit weight), SA1000 at 1000 kg (125 kg), and SA2000 at 2000 kg (150 kg). All three share the same R1110 mm circular platform, 915×934 mm base frame, 240 mm lowered height, and 705 mm raised height — select the model by rated capacity. Custom configurations including solid top, skirting, airbag, rotation brake, stainless steel finish, phenolic frame cover, and leveling feet are also available on request.
