Solutions — Warehousing & Logistics
Every Rack.
Every Aisle.
Every Shift.
Modern distribution centres run 24 hours across aisles as narrow as 800 mm with racks rising 12 m or higher. The lift platform you choose determines whether your team can work safely at every bay, on every shift, without oil leaks and without downtime.

High-Bay Picking & Racking Maintenance
For racking systems above 8 m, the MD Series self-propelled mast lift provides single-operator access without requiring a supervisor on the ground. The compact base navigates between rack uprights, and the platform can be positioned at any height incrementally for precise work positioning.
For maintenance tasks requiring two operators — changing fluorescent light banks, servicing HVAC units, or inspecting overhead structural elements — the MX Series scissor lift provides a working deck of up to 2.5 m².
Dock-to-Racking Material Flow
The gap between a truck bed (typically 1100–1500 mm above ground) and a warehouse floor creates a step that slows every pallet transfer and creates an ergonomic risk on every shift. Chenlift DCQ Series dock levelers bridge this gap with a hydraulic lip that adjusts to the truck bed height automatically.
“We deployed 12 Chenlift MD Series oil-free mast lifts across two distribution centres near Rotterdam. CE documentation and the absence of hydraulic oil were the decisive criteria — our facilities operate under strict food-contact environmental compliance. The machines have been running 24/7 for over 18 months without a single hydraulic issue.”
