Pre-Shipment Inspection Services

Final Inspection takes place at the end of production.

But considering if our customer only inspect after production is finished, it might be too late. Either because the defective products have to be reproduced, or because re-work takes too long.

This is why CHENLIFT usually advises conducting a pre shipment inspection during production, in addition to final inspection: problems are caught early.

In many cases, the customers only tell CHENLIFT “you ship if the QC report is passed” and cannot be reached in time for a decision. This puts a lot of pressure on us. And what to do if the report is failed? Or if something unexpected is found that might be unacceptable by the customer?

To take more precautions, CHENLIFT ask for final inspections at least 2 weeks before the shipment date, to leave room for potential re-work and re-inspections.

We invite our customers inspection through on line taking by go pro video talking if site inspection cannot be conducted.

And inspection report with pictures will be shared for each inspection

CHENLIFT do inspection for each single machine not by random checking.

All the relevant aspects of the machine are inspected: quantity, components, assembly, aesthetics, function, size, labeling, packaging, etc.

Ideally, our customer has constituted a document listing all the specifications of the product to inspect, and these specs become the checklist. When no such information is provided, CHENLIFT will collect proactively
